| Student Volunteer *The student volunteer registration fee is available to currently enrolled, full-time students pursuing an undergraduate degree, graduate degree, or PhD. Participants registering at the student volunteer rate agree to assist session moderators and help where needed during the duration of the Symposium. The student volunteer registration fee includes participation in the Symposium sessions, poster session/reception, lunches, daily refreshment breaks, and symposium program book. |

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and refund requests received on or before April 27th, 2026, will be subject to a $75 administrative processing fee. Cancellations after April 27th will not receive a refund. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place. Your cancellation request must be submitted in writing to wahgs@uw.edu.
